These hearts were individually decorated on the Spirited Recharge retreat day in June 2023 when 17 lovely folk gathered together for a day of recharge and creativity. 
Local artist Sarah Thornton guided participants to release their creativity and enjoy the restful and restorative practice of simple mark making with colour. 
Personally meaningful to each person, and collectively a beautiful piece of art. 
We are delighted to be selling the product of our session.
